Ticket Refund Protection is available for most events taking place at Chesterfield Theatres and is sometimes available on tickets being sold on behalf of other venues. It is available to purchase when checking out and is not available to purchase for tickets already booked.

Ticket Refund Protection fees are non-refundable.

How do I make a claim?
Please make a claim online at securemybooking.com. Refund applications should be submitted within sixty (60) days of the incident. You may be asked to provide reasonable evidence when making a refund application.
What if I purchased protection for an event that has been rescheduled?
Just like your tickets, your Ticket Refund Protection will carry over to cover the new date.
What if I purchased protection for an event that has been cancelled?
If Chesterfield Theatres cancels an event, you will be offered a refund or exchange for an alternative event.
Refunds and exchanges for event tickets sold on behalf of other venues may differ.
Ticket Refund Protection is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another event.
