Join us for a talk in the Function Room, programmed as part of the celebrations to mark the 200th anniversary of the modern railway. Take time before or after the talk to enjoy Chesterfield: A Railway Town Exhibition in the Ballroom.
Join Stephen and Wrawby on a selection of their favourite lines railway journeys and adventures. In putting together this slide show presentation entitled Scenic Britain by Train many a tale will be told to compliment each picture.
Using slides taken over the last 10 years, this show includes historical information, a few poetry readings and many laughs along the way! Stephen’s faithful German Shepherd dog Wrawby will not be present at the show but will appear on a few pictures shown.
