To help manage capacity for Santa’s Grotto, there will be 30 minute sessions available to book during dates and times below. Visits to Santa will be allocated on a first come first served basis within your chosen session.

Sunday 3 December - 11am to 3pm (relaxed session 11am to 12 noon)

Sunday 10 December - 11am to 3pm (relaxed session 11am to 12 noon)
Saturday 16 December - 10am to 4pm
Sunday 17 December - 11am to 3pm (relaxed session 11am to 12 noon)
Monday 18 December - 1pm to 5pm
Tuesday 19 December - 1pm to 5pm
Wednesday 20 December - 1pm to 5pm
Thursday 21 December - 1pm to 5pm
Friday 22 December - 10am to 4pm
Saturday 23 December - 10am to 4pm
Sunday 24 December - 10am to 2pm
Relaxed Sessions
The relaxed sessions are specifically adapted for children with learning disabilities or sensory and communication disorders. There will be no flashing lights and the sessions are extended to reduce anxiety and allow everyone to enjoy a visit to Santa.

Booking is essential
Two adults permitted free with each paying child, any further adults will require a ticket of their own.
Any child under 14 will require a ticket to be permitted into the grotto area, any children without tickets will have to remain in the waiting area with a responsible adult.
