A Christmas Carol, the musical, is a spectacular adaptation of Charles Dickens' most well-known story with music by Alan Menken (Disney's Beauty and the Beast, Disney's The Little Mermaid, Little Shop of Horrors) lyrics by Lynn Ahrens and book by Mike Ockrent and Lynn Ahrens.

A Christmas Carol is a tale of redemption and compassion cantered around a mean-spirited miserly old man named Ebenezer Scrooge. "Bah! Humbug!" summates his feelings of Christmas tidings and charitable giving believing his personal wealth is far more valuable than the happiness and comfort of others. Scrooge has a rude awakening when he is visited by the ghost of his old business partner, Jacob Marley, who warns him of the consequences of the suffering he has caused and on Christmas Eve is visited by three ghosts who lead him through his Past, Present and Future to recognise his faults. This classic tale adaptation is the perfect start to your festive season.
