We have upgraded our ticketing system and all events are now available to book

We have upgraded our ticketing system and are now using Spektrix.

All events are available to book as normal.

What changes should I expect when the new system is in place?

When booking in person, by telephone or online and you can opt to receive your tickets by email which you can show on your device when arriving at the event. All tickets delivered by email after our new system goes live will be sent from tickets@boxoffice.chesterfieldtheatres.co.uk. You will also receive a confirmation email from info@boxoffice.chesterfieldtheatres.co.uk.

When booking online for the first time using our new system, you will use the same email to login, but you will need to reset your password.

Once logged into you customer account, you'll be able to see your orders and update your contact preferences at any time. There is a cardholder wallet feature which can securely save your card details making your next booking even quicker.

Customers with access needs

Customers with access needs will continue to be able to book wheelchair user spaces online. However, in our new system, customers with other access needs who require an essential companion will also be able to book online. To activate the option to book accessible tickets on our website, you will need to complete our access register when our new system is live. Details on how to complete the access register can be found on our access page. To offer the best service possible when you are at the event, customers who are booking on behalf of someone with an access need should book by phone or in person.

Marketing Emails

Customers who are signed up to receive our marketing emails should expect to receive them from our new email provider Dot Digital and the email address they will come from will be info.mail@chesterfieldtheatres.co.uk.
