Christmas has come early! Customers who book this year's pantomime, Beauty and the Beast, before Wed 30 September 2020 will receive a Magic Discount Pass! The magic pass gives you access to discounts for a number of family activities in and around Chesterfield.
To get your Magic Discount Pass, all you need to do is book your panto tickets online and select the magic pass as a free add on when prompted - you will have the choice to print your tickets and magical pass from home or you can choose to collect them from the box office. If you choose to book your panto tickets over the phone, you can choose to receive your tickets and pass via email, in person or by post (postal charges apply). When booking in person, you will be given your tickets and pass at the time of purchase.

WEEKEND FAMILY CAVE TOUR DISCOUNT
Creswell Crags, Worksop

A family ticket is valid for either 2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children. Children Under 5 cannot be admitted to the caves.

You will also need to present your pass on arrival. The caves are not suitable for children under 5 or those with mobility issues. Magical Discount Pass terms and conditions
Each customer who books and pays for the December 2020/January2021 pantomime on or prior to Wednesday 30 September 2020 will be entitled to one discount pass. Discount passes will be given when the tickets are paid for and will therefore not be given when making a reservation. The pass will be supplied at the same time as the tickets and the customer is responsible for specifying how they would like the tickets to be supplied upon booking, for example in person collection or by post. When booking online, there is an option to print tickets at home. If customers choose to print tickets at home, the discount pass will also need to be printed. Discount passes shown on a phone will not be accepted. All offers available to Magic Pass holders have individual expiry dates, and these must be checked before redeeming an offer. All Magic Passes will expire and can no longer be used after 31st December 2020.
The Magic Pass scheme is a platform for 3rd party attractions to detail offers. Chesterfield Theatres will not share any customer data with the 3rd party companies. In addition, Chesterfield Theatres is not responsible for the customer service of the companies involved in the offers.
The offers available when using the Magic Pass are subject to availability. Chesterfield Theatres reserves the right to remove or amend the Magic Pass, and or any offers on the discount at any time without notice.
The magic panto pass is a free add on for our pantomime customers. If the pass, and offers available by using the pass, are changed or bremoved, the pantomime tickets will not be refunded.
