Box Office
Please pre-book tickets online where possible. Tickets can be booked online 24/7. Pre-booking tickets online closes 30-minutes before the event start time. Customers who require essential companion tickets, or more than 9 tickets will need to book over the phone or in person.
The box office phone line 01246 345 222 standard opening hours are Mon-Fri 9.30am-5pm and Sat 10am-3.30pm including bank holidays. We are experiencing high call volumes, please book online wherever possible.
The in-person box office service at the Visitor Information Centre has the standard opening hours of Mon-Sat 10am-3.30pm including bank holidays.
The Winding Wheel Theatre box office is open 1 hour before the event starts and process ticket sales for special circumstances only, and for the event that is due to take place at that venue at that time.
Customers who have booked for cancelled or postponed events will be contacted by our box office team. Please also see our postponed and cancelled events information page.
