Theatre Etiquette and Security

Entry into the venue

The following measures have been put in place to ensure everyone’s safety:

  • All customers must have a valid ticket which will be scanned at the door.
  • Please have your ticket ready for inspection. Customers may collect or purchase tickets at the box office of the venue.
  • Only customers with tickets will be allowed in the venue, and if you leave the venue for any reason, you will need to show your ticket to gain re-admission.
  • Please keep the items you bring with you to an absolute minimum. Security searches may be carried out.
  • We reserve the right to refuse admission or request a customer leave the venue and take action to enforce this.
  • Please note that at certain events you may not be able to enter the venue until the time specified on your ticket.

Please be kind to others

  • We all have a part to play in making sure the theatre is a fantastic experience for all.
  • Our team members are here to keep everyone safe. We politely ask that you show kindness and consideration, both to them and to other guests.
  • Disruptive, threatening or abusive behaviour towards our team or other audience members will not be tolerated.
  • At seated events, you can help by ensuring the acts are the only people entertaining us. We request that you don’t obstruct the view of the performance.
  • Please note that for safety reasons, you are not permitted to stand up and dance in the Circle seating area.
  • Thank you for being kind & considerate to your fellow theatregoers, theatre staff and the cast.
